2. Quotes and Payment

Quotes provided via this website or in initial conversations are estimates and subject to change once full project requirements are scoped. Payment terms (deposits, milestones, final payment) will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and access needed to complete a project, and for ensuring they have the rights to any material (text, images, brand assets) they supply to us.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. CipherFit retains the right to showcase completed public-facing work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client project details as confidential and will not disclose non-public information without consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, CipherFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant engagement.
